John is a well-respected senior leader who is results-oriented and vision-driven with a background of strong global achievement. He is an experienced change agent, thought leader and trusted advisor to key senior management team members, with a proven ability to identify and understand client’s needs, create solutions and deliver value. John is an inspirational leader – building, coaching, and growing teams to deliver and exceed challenging targets. He has strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting and overall P&L. John has been in leadership roles for over 30 years and wants to offer his skills to current and Next Gen of sales leaders while sharing the tools and insights that made him successful. John earned his BS-Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and his MBA from the University of Tampa. Moreover, John is exceptional in offering Sales Skill Development, Customized Sales Training, Sales leader training, and Profitable Sales Strategies. He has also led a sales management training program and is one of the Experts in Emotionally Intelligent Sales. Last but not least, John has also improved the Sales Performance Enhancement and Positive Sales Culture of the companies he has worked in.
